Here is a step by step description of what you have to do to book your hotel selection and/or tickets to Port Aventura through our secured web site.

Search

1. Would like to stay in the park Port Aventura or would you rather stay in a hotel or apartment in Salou? Choose between “Port Aventura Hotels” or “Tickets and Hotel in Salou”.

• For the hotels in the park, access to the park is unlimited and free for the duration of your stay.
• For the offer “Tickets and Hotel in Salou” the duration of your access depends on which ticket offer you choose. You will need to enter the first day that you will be visiting the park.

Selection

1. You will arrive at a new page where all of the hotel possibilities in Salou or in Port Aventura are displayed for your choosing.
Note: If your are looking for a specific hotel you will be able to find it using our seach filters at the top of the page.

2. Now choose your hotel or accommodation selection (apartments are also available), board and room type from the available options.
Note: Don't forget to check the great deals in each of the diferent categories available!  Why stay in a 3 star when you can go 4 star for the same price!

 Info: The price of the tickets in inculded in the room price for the number of persons previously indicated in the search.

Payment

1. On the payment page review the information regarding your reservation.

• Hotel Details: The name of the hotel and address, your arrival and departure dates, the type of room and board, the number of persons and the cancellation policy.
• Port Aventura Park Entrance Details: If you have choosen a hotel in Salou then the ticket price, duration and number of persons will be indicated.  If you are stay on-site at one of the Port Aventura hotels then all members of the party will have access to the park.

 Info: The amount indicate includes the price of the accommodation, park entrance and taxes for the number of persons indicated in the details.

2. Enter your personal information.

 Info: Please enter your passport or identity card number! Why? Becuase we are an official VAT company and in order to issue invoices outside of Spain we need to register a fiscal number.  Also in Spain all tourists are requiered to register with their hotel a valid indentifcation.  This information is confidential and we don't share it with anyone.  You can easily review our security and privacy policy.

3. Enter your payment details.
4. Read and accept the general terms and conditions.
5. Click "Book Now" to complete the transaction.
Note: The payment process may take up to 3 minutes depending on the connection to your bank.  Please be patient and not refresh the page.

Confirmation

• For the offer “Port Aventura Hotels”: You will receive only one confirmation email which you should print, sign and bring to the hotel with along with a photo ID.
• For the offer “Tickets + Hotel in Salou”: You will receive two confirmation emails, one for the accommodation of your choice and the other for the park entrances. You must print both emails and sign them. Present the hotel confirmation voucher at the hotel with your photo ID. For the tickets you will need present the voucher, a photo ID with the name of the ticket holder and the credit card which you used to purchase the tickets (you can also show a photocopy, front and back, of the credit card used to purchase) at the ticket booth.
• For only park entrances: You will receive an email confirmation automatically which you will need to print and sign and take it with you to the ticket booth at the park. You will need a photo ID with name of the ticket holder and the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets on-line (you can also show a photocopy, front and back, of the credit card used to purchase).
