This complex consists of a 6-storey main building with a total of 150 apartments, constructed in 1982. Guests may use the facilities of the California Hotel, situated directly in front of the complex, free of charge. The facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a café, a newspaper shop, a supermarket, a shop and a lift. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub, a games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children, and a swimming pool and terrace. In addition, the hotel has its own laundry service and medical assistance. Car parking facilities in the form of a garage and a car park are available for those arriving by car (some of them with an additional cost).
