This holiday home is ideally situated in a ground floor in Punta Gaviota Residential area, built in a cliff just in front of the sea. This apartment has pretty views to the sea and to the port of Aiguadolç from the room and the kitchen. There is a salon with a fully equipped American kitchen, a leather sofa and a dining table. You can find one bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, providing space for up to 4 people. Guests can also enjoy the shared private swimming pool in front of the building.

After 2 minutes walking you will reach Marina beach and after 5 minutes the Port of Aiguadolç. In the harbor there are good restaurants, shops, night clubs, cafeterias, etc. After 5 minutes by car you will reach the center of Sitges and its train station. The apartment is located very close to the highway exit and the road that goes to Barcelona. It is 30 km away from the international airport of Barcelona.
Sitges is a charming Mediterranean town a few kilometers away from Barcelona city, Costa Dorada, Tarragona and Port Aventura.
