L'appartement en lui-même est agréable mais très sombre. La climatisation n'est pas suffisante pour toutes les pièces, il y a trop de bruit pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte donc grosse chaleur dans les chambres. Quartier assez calme et aéré, sympa avec des enfants. Un parking pas trop cher près de la Sagrada Familia: le Manhattan Parking.
